Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the establishment and growth of a new managed services entity. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing and implementing core operational processes, recruiting and developing the initial team, and building the operational infrastructure with a focus on scalability. This role requires a hands-on, strategic, and tech-savvy leader who can define the commercial model and scale the business to become a leading operational partner for gaming operators. The CEO will also be responsible for configuring services to meet client needs, managing commercial terms, and staying at the forefront of AI-driven customer support and compliance automation. Candidates for the CEO position should have significant experience in iGaming operations, particularly in casino and sportsbook, and a proven track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of KYC/AML requirements, the regulatory landscape, and a genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation, and scalable systems is essential. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, with the ability to structure service agreements, and experience in setting up or scaling a business or business unit.
