The Company is seeking a General Manager/Chief Operating Officer to lead its vibrant, member-owned residential community. The successful candidate will be a highly visible and charismatic executive with a strong background in club or hospitality management, particularly within a multi-dimensional, dynamic operation. This role is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of the community's operations, including golf, course maintenance, HOA responsibilities, member services, food and beverage, fitness, security, accounting, and human resources. The GM/COO will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with members, employees, and the Board, as well as for the strategic and disciplined management of the community's financial and operational performance. Applicants for the GM/COO position at the company should ideally have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, with a preference for those who have worked in a similar private, member-owned country club or residential community. A background in a residential homeowners' or property owners' association is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong educational foundation, preferably in Hospitality Management, and a proven track record of executing complex initiatives with a focus on member experience and satisfaction. The GM/COO will be expected to have a high level of emotional intelligence, be politically adept, and possess modern technology skills to enhance the community's operations. Strong communication, leadership, and team development abilities are also key qualifications for this position.
