Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-driven organization through a period of strategic renewal, financial discipline, and expanded community impact. The CEO will be responsible for enterprise leadership, including setting and communicating a clear direction that aligns with the organization's mission and values. This role involves translating the strategic plan into a practical operating roadmap, assessing the program portfolio, and making decisions to ensure long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will also be tasked with driving the organization's strategic plan, diversifying revenue, and strengthening partnerships to expand its presence and impact. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have significant senior executive leadership experience within a complex, multi-program organization, with a preference for those who have prior CEO or comparable enterprise leadership experience. The role requires a proven track record in financial management, revenue diversification, and a strong understanding of the economics of diverse service lines. The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership and organizational development capabilities, as well as experience in navigating complex, regulated environments. Authentic alignment with the company's mission, values, and Christian faith-in-action identity is essential, as is the willingness to complete the required minister commissioning process.
