Vice President, Strategic Projects, Engineering, Technology & AI

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategic Projects, Engineering, Technology, and AI. The successful candidate will provide executive leadership for the organization's strategic project portfolio, capital projects, architecture and engineering functions, information technology operations, logistics, workplace development, and digital transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in establishing and executing long-term strategies that align physical infrastructure, technology platforms, operational capabilities, and business objectives. The VP will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex programs and enterprise initiatives, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and with measurable business impact. Key responsibilities include leading the Project Management Office, establishing strategic priorities, and developing organizational capabilities that support innovation and continuous improvement. The role also involves overseeing capital project planning, design, and execution, as well as providing leadership for all IT operations and technology investments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience. Technical knowledge in capital project management, IT operations, and experience in AI and emerging technology solutions is essential. The VP will be expected to have strong leadership competencies, including executive presence, strategic planning, and the ability to influence and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
