Chief People Officer (CPO)

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to shape and execute its people and culture strategy during a period of growth and transformation. The role leads the full human resources agenda, including organizational design, leadership and succession planning, rewards, performance management, talent development, HR operations, governance, and workforce planning. The successful candidate will build scalable HR capabilities and strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership depth, and workforce practices. They will partner with executive leadership and investors to align people initiatives with business priorities and support performance and expansion. Candidates should bring senior HR leadership experience in complex, fast-moving, high-growth environments, ideally within private equity-backed and consumer-facing organizations. A strong record in organizational transformation, talent development, and building scalable HR capabilities is required. Significant experience in China and comfort working in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven setting are essential. Mandarin proficiency is required.
