Group Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Company is seeking a Group Chief Information Officer to define and execute its IT strategy in alignment with business priorities. The role will establish global IT governance, enterprise architecture, technology standards, and investment priorities, while developing an effective operating model across corporate, regional, and local IT functions. The CIO will advance manufacturing digitalisation by integrating enterprise applications, operational systems, and data, and oversee major technology programmes with measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities also include strengthening cybersecurity, data governance, technology risk management, and business continuity; managing budgets, distributed teams, and external partners; and advising senior executives on technology and transformation decisions. Candidates should have prior experience as a Group CIO at a very large enterprise, along with a demonstrated record of leading group-wide IT strategy, governance, budgets, and organizational management. Substantial international experience overseeing operations and teams across multiple countries is required, as is a proven record of delivering digital transformation in manufacturing environments. Strong expertise in enterprise systems, manufacturing applications, data architecture, and IT/OT integration is essential. The role also calls for sound commercial judgment, executive-level influence, and fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
