Senior Vice President, Head of Developer Experience (DevEx) Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Head of Developer Experience (DevEx) to play a pivotal role in advancing secure engineering practices within its mission-critical financial market systems. This senior technical leadership position is focused on leading high-impact DevSecOps initiatives, setting engineering standards, and ensuring secure, resilient, and compliant delivery at an enterprise scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining CI/CD engineering, infrastructure as code, DevSecOps, developer experience, platform engineering, environment management, engineering tooling, automation engineering, and compliance automation standards. Additionally, the role involves leading platform engineering practices, environment strategy, and engineering self-service adoption, as well as providing senior-level security architecture input and guidance for new products and major technology changes. Applicants for this role at the company should have a significant background in DevSecOps, security engineering, platform engineering, or technology leadership, particularly within complex, high-availability environments. Experience in financial services or regulated industries is strongly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading projects and engineering teams, with a strong technical stack that includes secure SDLC, CI/CD, SAST/DAST, SCA, container security, and various cloud and DevOps technologies. Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is a degree in a relevant technical discipline and relevant certifications in cloud, DevOps, security, or architecture. The role requires a leader who can challenge constructively and guide teams toward secure, pragmatic, and sustainable outcomes.
