Vice President, Digital Infrastructure Investment

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Digital Infrastructure Investment to manage the full investment lifecycle for data center assets across international markets. Responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing, structuring, and executing acquisitions to achieve risk-adjusted returns. The role also involves building financial models, presenting investment analyses, and leading legal, tax, technical, and financial due diligence with external advisers. The successful candidate will prepare investment papers and conduct research on data center market trends. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline and have relevant buy-side experience in investment management, private equity, or fund management. Experience in digital infrastructure, telecommunications and media, general infrastructure, real estate, or real assets is required, along with investment, financial, or commercial due diligence experience. Strong financial modeling, report-writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate works independently and collaboratively, and can meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
