Vice President, Energy, Metals & Resources, Sector Coverage, APAC Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President or Director to lead sector coverage across energy, metals, and resources in the Asia-Pacific region. Responsibilities include originating and executing debt financings, capital-structure solutions, and corporate and sponsor-driven M&A transactions. The role involves advising senior client executives, identifying opportunities with coverage and product teams, conducting due diligence and loan structuring, and coordinating integrated solutions across internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will also contribute sector insights and client materials, share information across global teams, and coach junior colleagues. A bachelor’s degree is required, along with at least 8 years of relevant strategic financing, sector coverage, leveraged finance, or investment banking experience for Vice President candidates, or 16 years for Director candidates. Applicants should have a strong record of identifying, originating, structuring, and executing transactions, supported by industry relationships and expertise in corporate finance, M&A financing, and capital-structure optimization. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the energy, metals, and resources sector are essential. The role also requires excellent communication, ethical judgment, collaboration, prioritization, and experience developing talent.
