Vice President, Merchant Solutions Product & Governance, Global Transaction Services Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Merchant Solutions Product and Governance within its Global Transaction Services division. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is dedicated to driving business development and creating innovative, scalable client propositions. This role is pivotal in the development of merchant solutions business and product risk management across the region. Key responsibilities include driving product development and delivery, owning product requirements, and prioritizing enhancements in line with the regional product roadmap. The role also involves designing intuitive merchant collections journeys, anticipating operational impact, and ensuring tight governance of new features. Candidates for this role should have 8 to 10 years' of experience in product management, with a preference for those with a background in pricing, merchant solutions, or cash management. A proven track record in developing and launching digital products is essential, and regional experience with multiple markets is a strong advantage. The role requires experience in stakeholder management across business, technology, design, and operations teams. Exposure to product risk, controls, or governance frameworks is ideal, but not mandatory if the candidate has a strong product discipline. The Vice President will be expected to achieve growth targets for merchant solutions, collaborate with client owners on digital journeys, and work with the commercialization lead to position merchant solutions effectively in different markets.
