The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, AI Engineer to join their Global Financial Market Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing advanced AI solutions, including Agentic AI, Generative AI, and RAG. This role involves building ML and data science models for various use cases, analyzing data, and developing scalable AI services and APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML engineering, data science, or advanced analytics, with hands-on experience in deploying ML/AI solutions into production. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and REST APIs is essential, as is experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Applicants for this role at the company should have a mandatory background in Generative AI, particularly in RAG, Vector Search, LLM applications, Dify, and Agentic AI frameworks. Knowledge of data pipelines, data transformation, feature engineering, and data quality management is also required. Experience with OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git is a must, with a preference for those who have a background in banking, financial services, capital markets, or wealth management. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders and product owners to translate financial market requirements into AI-powered solutions, so strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Advantageous experience includes work with recommendation/personalization engines, search and retrieval, knowledge management, MLOps/LLMOps, AI governance, and enterprise document repositories.
