The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Risk Project Manager to join their Risk and Performance Management Department. The successful candidate will be part of a team that deploys advanced data and systems for risk and performance analysis and reporting. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of the Risk Centre of Excellence portfolio, translating business priorities into risk analytics solutions, and process improvements. The AVP, Risk Project Manager will be responsible for owning and delivering defined projects or workstreams, working closely with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of the solutions. Key responsibilities include project planning, requirement elicitation, delivery coordination, and continuous improvement of delivery practices. Applicants for the AVP, Risk Project Manager position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and typically 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or related roles, preferably within financial services or asset management. The role requires strong project execution skills, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to drive change and adoption. A proactive, collaborative, and outcome-oriented mindset is essential, as is the ability to engage both business and technology stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with investment risk concepts, experience in change management, and proficiency with project and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to translate complex topics into clear actions and decisions.
