The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term strategy for application vulnerability management, leading the evolution of perimeter testing capabilities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality AVA/AVM services. Key responsibilities include driving innovation, automation, and process improvements, as well as maintaining service continuity and compliance with cybersecurity standards. The role also involves team leadership, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and supporting workforce planning and talent development. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in application security, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, or related cybersecurity domains, with a proven track record of leading cybersecurity teams and managing large-scale security operations. A strong understanding of application security testing methodologies, vulnerability management practices, and secure software development principles is essential.
