The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Senior Credit Risk Manager for its Wealth Management Credit team. This senior role is pivotal in supporting the Private Banking and Treasures Private Client segments, with a focus on complex and structured credit transactions, portfolio oversight, policy development, and strategic risk-management initiatives. The successful candidate will lead a team of Credit Risk Managers, ensuring high standards of credit assessment, risk judgment, and portfolio execution. Responsibilities also include assessing and approving credit requests, contributing to the development of credit policies, and providing oversight of portfolio risk. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Post Graduate degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those with a background in senior Credit Risk Management roles within the Private Banking or corporate banking space. The role requires a strong track record in managing UHNW credit portfolios and underwriting complex credit transactions, as well as demonstrated experience in leading and developing credit professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and credit analysis skills, a sound understanding of financial markets and derivatives, and the ability to identify and manage portfolio risks. Strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to work under pressure are essential, as is the aptitude for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and automation in credit processes.
