The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Markets Operations in Reference Data Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Reference Data Management function within the Center of Excellence, providing centralized support across global markets, custody, treasury, and related banking businesses. This role is pivotal in ensuring the governance, integrity, and maintenance of reference and static data that underpins trading, settlement, custody, risk management, and operational processes. The VP will lead a team, drive data quality and control standards, support business growth, and oversee strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 12 years' experience in banking and financial services, with a focus on reference data, global markets operations, custody operations, treasury operations, or securities services. The role requires proven leadership experience, a strong understanding of global markets products, and experience in managing operational risk, controls, audits, and regulatory reviews. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in leading transformation and technology-enabled initiatives, as well as strong knowledge of reference data and static data management, securities master and instrument configuration, and data governance frameworks. Regional banking experience and familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards are advantageous. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
