The Company is seeking a VP/Director for TMT Sector Coverage. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regional growth and deal origination within the digital infrastructure sector across the APAC region. This role involves leading deal origination, client coverage, and strategic cross-selling efforts, as well as structuring and executing complex transactions in collaboration with multi-disciplinary product units. The VP/Director will also be tasked with managing high-value client relationships to ensure account growth and the achievement of key commercial targets. Staying abreast of market intelligence, emerging industry developments, and sector trends to support pitching is a crucial aspect of the position. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' of corporate or investment banking experience, including exposure to TMT or digital infrastructure transactions. Proficiency in credit evaluation, Excel financial modeling, and pitch presentations is essential. The role requires a candidate who can demonstrate a strong track record in the industry, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The VP/Director will be expected to have a deep understanding of the TMT sector and its specific requirements, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
