Vice President, Trade Support & Middle Office

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Trade Support and Middle Office Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary operational oversight and desk support to commercial and trading units, ensuring precise, same-day transaction booking and validation across core trading systems. This role involves directing and overseeing essential responsibilities within the trade support team, including monitoring deal input integrity, managing trade bookings, amendments, and cancellations, and driving trade lifecycle processing. The VP will also be expected to lead query resolution, complex transaction issue management, and proactively detect workflow risks to implement stronger internal controls and process efficiencies. Applicants must have a proven senior-level background in trade support or middle-office operations control, with deep knowledge of trade booking rules, lifecycle processing, and operational control frameworks. The role requires the capability to identify operational vulnerabilities and implement risk controls, as well as experience in partnering on system rollouts, process optimization, and business expansion. The VP will also support senior management on middle-office initiatives, tool upgrades, procedure enhancements, and strategic business launches. The position demands a proactive and strategic approach to operational management, with a focus on driving efficiency and ensuring the integrity of trading operations.
