Vice President, Traditional Transfer Agency
About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Traditional Transfer Agency team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of transfer agency activities, providing leadership and direction to team members, and ensuring a high standard of service to Asian investors and clients. This role requires the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, act as a key escalation contact for operational matters, and support client onboarding activities and new fund launches. The Vice President will also be expected to drive operational discipline, demonstrate strong risk awareness, and contribute to a positive team culture. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a proven track record in transfer agency or related financial services operations, with a strong knowledge of investor servicing, operational controls, and service delivery expectations. The role demands strong client and stakeholder management skills, the ability to lead and supervise teams, and a solid understanding of risk and control principles. Experience in process improvement, operational change, and automation initiatives is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, with Japanese language skills being an added advantage. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with an advanced degree being preferred, and 8-12 years of total work experience, including prior supervisory or people management experience.
