Regional Vice President

The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President to spearhead the development and execution of its marketplace business plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading branch performance, and building enduring relationships with members, businesses, and the community. This role involves translating strategic goals into regional sales, service, business development, and marketing plans, as well as leading, recruiting, coaching, and developing branch teams and future leaders. The Regional Vice President will also be tasked with tracking profitability, productivity, service quality, and regional growth, and must ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of financial institution management experience, a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or 2 years' of related work experience. A proven track record in business growth, sales coaching, and team development is essential, as are strong financial analysis, communication, and community relationship skills. The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain the necessary NMLS registration, and experience in leading multiple locations, business development, financial analysis, or credit authority is preferred. The position also demands periodic overnight travel and the candidate must be adept at managing regional budgets and financial performance.
