Executive Director, Laboratory Services

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Laboratory Services to provide strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory leadership across its laboratory facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered laboratory operations that align with the organization's clinical, quality, growth, and financial objectives. This role involves overseeing daily laboratory operations, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and leading initiatives to expand services and adopt new technologies. The Executive Director will also be tasked with financial management, including budget development and monitoring, and will play a key role in workforce development, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related sciences, with a Master's degree in a relevant field preferred. A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in clinical laboratory operations, particularly in a CAP-accredited setting, is required, along with a medical technician or medical laboratory scientist license. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory technologies, quality assurance, and process improvement, and demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
