The Company is seeking a Chief Business Innovation Officer to spearhead the development of an enterprise innovation system that goes beyond traditional product development. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and leading the capability to identify, incubate, and commercialize new sources of growth that extend beyond the organization's current business portfolio. This includes establishing and operating an innovation platform, creating governance and portfolio management disciplines, and fostering external ecosystem relationships. The role demands a focus on opportunities that leverage current assets and capabilities, as well as the evaluation of emerging trends and technologies to drive business model innovation. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in innovation, new business development, or related fields, with a proven track record of launching new initiatives. The Chief Business Innovation Officer will be responsible for leading a team and will be expected to influence executive leaders, drive enterprise change, and ensure that innovation efforts are aligned with strategic and financial goals. Key responsibilities include developing and leading the enterprise innovation strategy, designing the innovation operating system, and overseeing the full innovation portfolio.
