The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Lead Developer to join their team as a Co-Founder. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the technical advancement of the company's AI-based solution for automating construction processes. This includes leading the development of features and user experiences based on real customer feedback, training and enhancing AI modules, and taking responsibility for the stability, performance, and security of the MVP. The CTO will also be instrumental in the future growth of the company, with the mid-term goal of building and leading a dynamic tech team to scale the solution. Applicants must have a strong background in JavaScript and TypeScript, good knowledge of Python, and experience with Git. The role requires a pragmatic approach to software delivery, with a focus on providing functional solutions. Proficiency in German at a C1 level is essential for team and customer communication. Experience with NestJS, Next.js, React, and a background in AI/LLM systems or data-driven applications are considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a tech visionary, ready to lead the digital transformation of the construction industry and actively shape the technical roadmap of the company.
