The Company is seeking a Managing Director with a focus on environmental conservation, ecological compensation, and landscape planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional, economic, and strategic development of the land agency, leading a team of 30, and driving the growth of business areas related to ecological accounts, compensation, and environmental planning. This role involves the development of new business fields, services, and partnerships, as well as the company's positioning in a dynamic market. The Managing Director will also be involved in financial, liquidity, and resource planning, and will represent the company in various professional, political, and network settings. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a relevant degree in a field such as landscape planning, ecology, biology, geoecology, agricultural, forestry, environmental sciences, or economics/administrative sciences. A strong affinity for nature and environmental protection, as well as leadership experience and a background in project management, are essential. The role requires a deep understanding of financial management, and several years of professional experience in related planning, implementation, or land management. Knowledge of environmental, planning, and administrative law is also necessary, along with a proven track record in quality assurance, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about network work, adept at balancing diverse interests, and willing to travel as needed.
