Head of Facility, Chemicals Manufacturing

The Company is seeking a Facility Head to oversee plant and manufacturing operations across production, engineering, human resources, industrial relations, laboratory, procurement, and stores. The role includes leading production planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution to meet operational targets. The successful candidate will coordinate with department leaders on business planning and performance, monitor production, utilities, and quality results, and prepare management reports. They will also lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, process improvements, workforce development, and collaboration with external stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with safety, health, security, environmental, and manufacturing regulations is a key responsibility. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Oil Technology, or a related field, with 10–12 years of relevant experience in solvent extraction, chemical manufacturing, or a related industry. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required. The role calls for sound industry and business knowledge, crisis-management capability, and the ability to align plant operations with organizational goals. Candidates should also be able to lead cross-functional teams, share technical and non-technical knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
