Head of Digital Platforms & Operations

The Company is in search of a Group Head for Digital Platforms and Operations. This pivotal role is focused on shaping the future of digital banking at scale, with a primary responsibility for the strategy, delivery, and operation of the digital platforms ecosystem. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless delivery, availability, performance, and continuous evolution of customer-facing digital channels. Key tasks include driving large-scale transformation initiatives, modernizing technology delivery practices, and building a culture centered on engineering excellence and customer outcomes. The role also involves overseeing a broad technology estate, from digital channels to enterprise-wide technology delivery capabilities, and requires a leader who can govern technology delivery, release management, and quality assurance practices. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a background in banking, financial services, fintech, or other complex regulated environments, with a proven track record in leading large-scale digital platforms, engineering organizations, or enterprise technology operations. Strong knowledge of digital products, cloud technologies, platform architecture, software delivery, and operational resilience is essential. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing at the executive and board level, and with experience in driving enterprise-wide technology transformation and managing large multidisciplinary teams. The Group Head will be expected to champion Agile, DevOps, SRE, automation, and modern engineering methodologies, and to partner with senior business stakeholders to deliver transformational programs and digital growth initiatives.
