Head of Cybersecurity Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Cybersecurity Operations to lead a multidisciplinary function spanning defensive and offensive security, security engineering, threat intelligence, and service management. The role will shape and execute the cybersecurity operations strategy and roadmap, strengthen resilience and service quality, and drive the function’s ongoing transformation. Responsibilities include developing managers and technical teams; improving security operations, incident response, penetration testing, red teaming, threat hunting, and vulnerability assessment; and advancing automation and security platforms. The leader will establish KPIs, service levels, governance, and escalation processes while partnering with senior stakeholders and customers. Candidates should have at least 12 years of cybersecurity experience, including senior leadership in multidisciplinary cyber operations or managed security services. They must have a proven ability to lead managers and technical teams in complex operational environments, with broad experience across security operations centers, incident response, offensive security, security engineering, automation, and cyber threat intelligence. The role requires the ability to develop and deliver operational strategies, mature and continuously improve cybersecurity functions, and balance resilience, service quality, risk, customer commitments, and resources. Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing skills, and customer and commercial acumen are also required.
