The Company is seeking a Vice President of Development to serve as the Executive Director and lead its philanthropic efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the organization's mission to improve community health through patient care, education, and research. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse range of philanthropic programs, including endowments, donor-advised funds, annual campaigns, and signature fundraising events. The Vice President of Development will work closely with an engaged board of directors and a professional staff, providing vision, leadership, and strategic direction for a comprehensive development enterprise. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with donors, board members, volunteers, and community stakeholders, as well as articulating an ambitious vision for the future and identifying new pathways for philanthropic expansion. Applicants for the Vice President of Development position at the company should be accomplished fundraising executives with a proven track record in major gift achievement, organizational leadership, and board engagement. The role requires a confident, collaborative, and mission-driven leader with exceptional relationship-building, communication, and management skills.
