Dean of Students

The Company is seeking a Dean of Students to serve as a key campus leader and to play a critical role in sustaining and deepening the distinctive student experience. This highly visible and deeply student-facing position requires a candidate with a genuine presence and a nuanced understanding of the student community. The successful candidate will engage directly with student government, organizations, and a diverse student body, building trust and relationships to ensure that the institution can respond thoughtfully to student needs. At a time when student success and retention are institutional priorities, the Dean of Students will be instrumental in creating an environment where students can thrive. Applicants for the Dean of Students position at the company should be student-centered and institutionally sophisticated leaders with a master’s degree in a relevant field. A doctoral degree is preferred. The role demands a leader who can see individual student concerns in the context of the larger educational experience and who can bring an informed understanding of students and campus culture to senior-level institutional conversations. The Dean of Students will provide strategic leadership in areas such as cultural centers, LGBTQ+ initiatives, student involvement, and civic engagement, and must be capable of engaging with students thoughtfully in both straightforward and challenging circumstances. The position is full-time and requires a candidate who can be a trusted partner to the Vice President and Dean of the College.
