Vice President for Operations & Strategy

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Operations and Strategy to provide inclusive and strengths-based leadership that aligns with the institution's mission of accessible, high-quality education. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of functions, including campus safety, facilities, institutional research and compliance, and information technology. This role requires a leader who can engage with the college community in a welcoming and collaborative manner, and who is committed to fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and shared accountability. The Vice President will work closely with the President and Cabinet to ensure that the college's strategic framework is effectively translated into action, and will be a key player in institutional planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement processes. Applicants for the Vice President for Operations and Strategy position at the company should have a Master's degree (Doctorate preferred) and a proven track record of effective leadership in complex, multi-functional organizations. Experience in higher education, particularly at a community college or similar mission-driven institution, is highly valued.
