The Company is seeking a Vice President, Relationship Manager for the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sector within its Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding a high-value portfolio of corporate clients in the TMT industry. This role involves originating, structuring, and executing a variety of corporate banking solutions, conducting in-depth credit assessments, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored financial solutions. The VP, Relationship Manager will also be expected to monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and cross-border activities to identify business opportunities and risks, as well as to ensure robust credit risk management and compliance with regulatory standards. Applicants must have a university degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in investment banking, corporate banking, or related financial services, with a focus on the TMT sector. A background in investment banking is preferred. The role requires a deep understanding of corporate banking products, financial markets, and industry trends within TMT, as well as strong credit analytical skills, financial modeling capabilities, and a proven track record in business development.
