The Company is seeking a Member of the Supervisory Board with a focus on finance and strategic business development. The ideal candidate will be a strategically entrepreneurial supervisor with a strong financial background, serving as a key strategic partner for the Managing Director. Responsibilities include contributing to decision-making that ensures the organization's future sustainability, particularly in areas such as digitalization, expansion, and growth opportunities. The role demands a thorough analysis of financial information, the ability to identify connections, and an understanding of the significance of financial developments from both a controlling and forward-looking perspective. The successful candidate will also be involved in financial discussions and consultations with the auditor and must have a university-level working and thinking capacity, extensive experience in finance, and preferably knowledge of healthcare financing. In addition to the financial focus, the role requires an individual with an affinity for broader developments and innovation in social (dental) care, experience in a senior management role, and a relevant network in the region. The Member of the Supervisory Board will be part of a progressive organization with a clear social mission, and the position is pivotal in overseeing the policy of the Managing Director and the general course of business.
