Head of DX Business Planning Candidate

The Company is seeking a Head of DX Business Planning Candidate to lead strategy and business development for digital transformation services in the next-generation infrastructure sector. Responsibilities include formulating and executing medium- and long-term B2B strategies, planning services based on market and user needs, and managing profitability, KPIs, pricing, and costs. The role also oversees cross-functional projects, coordinates stakeholders, develops strategic partnerships, and identifies improvements during implementation and operations. In addition, the candidate will manage and develop a team and help build the organization as it grows. Applicants must have at least five years of experience in one or more of the following areas: planning, launching, or operating services using IT equipment; launching and managing projects; leading sales strategy planning and execution at department-head level; or consulting on business strategy. A bachelor’s degree and fluent Japanese are required. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of commercial transaction laws, foundational accounting and finance knowledge, familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, and experience leading a business or managing service profitability and KPIs.
