Vice President of Global Distribution

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Distribution to set global distribution strategy and lead operations across regional networks. Responsibilities include overseeing warehousing, transportation, inventory deployment, and customer fulfillment; optimizing networks and driving transformation through automation, digitalization, and data-enabled planning; and improving service, productivity, and cost efficiency. The role also ensures regulatory and quality compliance, manages logistics partners and budgets, and leads regional teams. The Vice President will collaborate across functions, represent distribution in executive discussions, and support business integration initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, business administration, or a related field, along with more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, and distribution. Significant experience leading global operations in a regulated industry and delivering large-scale network transformation is required, as are strong financial and commercial skills and experience managing complex, multi-regional organizations. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or MBA, familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and logistics technologies, and professional certifications in supply chain, logistics, or operational excellence. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required; Japanese proficiency is preferred.
