Managing Director, Strategy & Transformation Greater Toronto, Canada Area

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Strategy and Transformation. This executive will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leading transformation initiatives, and offering executive advisory support to ensure that business-critical priorities are advanced. The role involves shaping and leading the enterprise-wide strategy, governance framework, and operating cadence, as well as acting as a senior partner to business heads and key enterprise partners. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, and drive a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships. Candidates for this role should have a post-secondary degree, preferably in business administration, and at least 10-12 years' of progressive experience in strategy, business transformation, wealth management, financial services, or related leadership roles. The role requires a deep understanding of business drivers, client experience, employee engagement, and operating model considerations. The Managing Director will be expected to have a proven track record of advising senior executives, leading complex mandates, and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Strong people leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to connect strategy to execution through integrated planning, change management, and measurement. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of judgment, discretion, and executive presence, and be adept at navigating sensitive and confidential business matters.
