The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) Flight Crew Planner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that a qualified flight crew is allocated to all flights and that their qualifications are planned and renewed in a timely manner. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with European regulations and company agreements, particularly in the context of oversized air transport. The CCO Flight Crew Planner will prepare and issue flight crew planning, check for legal and company requirement compliance, anticipate operational problems, and make objective decisions. Additionally, the role involves reviewing training programs, collecting individual crew member preferences, and proposing process improvements. Applicants for the CCO Flight Crew Planner position at the company should have a strong background in flight crew planning, with a focus on compliance and safety. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work in a demanding environment, and excellent communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of EASA FTL regulations and experience in an airline or planning environment are advantageous. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French, have an intermediate level of English, and be able to work in shifts. Soft skills such as being organized, reactive, and having a team spirit are also essential for this role.
