Executive Director of Enrollment Services Greater Tucson, AZ Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Enrollment Services to lead campus admissions and financial aid operations in support of student service and enrollment goals. Responsibilities include building and training effective teams, monitoring service quality and compliance, overseeing enrollment processes and testing operations, and managing resources and budgets. The role partners with campus and enrollment leaders to meet organizational goals, develop external partnerships, and coordinate new-student orientation. The Executive Director also monitors performance metrics, supports annual budget planning, and ensures campus practices and documentation meet regulatory and accreditation requirements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent skills and experience, along with three to five years of demonstrated leadership success in higher education operations such as admissions, student services, or business operations. The role requires the ability to meet applicable state requirements for soliciting or recruiting students within 45 days of hire. Strong team leadership, communication, operational planning, and compliance skills are important for success.
