Vice President, Servicing Reporting & Automation Greater Tulsa, OK Area

The Company is seeking a VP for Servicing Reporting and Automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting a range of executive and operational reports, including dashboards, KPI reporting, and ad hoc data analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of servicing policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as proficiency in SQL, SSMS, and SSRS. The VP will also serve as a subject matter expert for the servicing platform, ensuring its reliability and performance, and will be involved in process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 10 years in mortgage loan servicing or a financial industry equivalent. Experience with MSP and FIS software administration, as well as project management and loan servicing automation, is preferred. The role demands excellent analytical, management, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with highly sensitive or confidential information. The VP will be expected to lead a team, manage departmental tasks and projects, and ensure that the company's values are upheld. Responsibilities also include mentoring staff, participating in the hiring and review process, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
