Fractional Head of Data & AI

The Company is seeking an experienced Head of Data and AI to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive, organization-wide strategy encompassing data, analytics, artificial intelligence, integrations, and automation. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in advancing the company's digital capabilities and ensuring that data, insights, and technology translate into tangible business value. The successful candidate will be responsible for the enterprise data platform, analytics capabilities, integration landscape, AI capabilities, and the low-code ecosystem. Key responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team, working closely with senior management and international stakeholders, and driving innovation to enhance operational performance and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable digital solutions. Applicants for the Head of Data and AI position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and have 6 to 8 years' of leadership experience in data, analytics, integrations, automation, and AI. The role requires a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams, developing and implementing organization-wide strategies, and a thorough knowledge of enterprise data platforms, analytics, data governance, and Master Data Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI adoption, automation, low-code platforms, and system integrations, as well as a strong background in digital transformations and collaboration with senior stakeholders in an international setting. Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to translate business needs into practical technological solutions. A good command of the Dutch language is also a requirement for this position.
