Vice President, Delivery, Data Center Infrastructure Greater Utrecht, Netherlands Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President Delivery for its North American Data Center Infrastructure group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-density data center campuses, with a focus on speed to power, execution certainty, and customer handover. This executive will lead the safe, predictable, and commercially disciplined delivery of self-build data center facilities, turning approved development opportunities into operational, customer-ready facilities. Key responsibilities include setting and maintaining a clear delivery strategy, leading portfolio prioritization, and providing executives with a comprehensive view of delivery health. The role demands a senior builder with deep data center construction experience, strong technical judgment across MEP systems and critical infrastructure, and a proven ability to lead complex projects at scale. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' progressive leadership in construction and project delivery, with a significant background in data center construction, preferably including hyperscale or high-density AI and GPU campuses. The role requires a deep understanding of project management and controls disciplines, as well as strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and critical power and cooling infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and may hold professional credentials such as PMP, CCM, PE, LEED, or equivalent. The Vice President Delivery will also be expected to build and lead a high-performing delivery organization, establish industry relationships, and demonstrate exceptional executive presence and commercial judgment. The position is based in North America and involves a hybrid work environment with substantial travel.
