This role demands a leader with a strong background in business growth, P&L leadership, and a proven track record in win strategy, particularly in the context of large-scale new business initiatives. The VP/GM will be tasked with setting the business's strategy to align with division goals, ensuring high levels of customer and employee satisfaction, and fostering a culture that reflects the company's values. Extensive experience with defense clients, including national vetting and targeting, and a deep understanding of the Navy and Marine Corp's operational and technical requirements are essential. Candidates for this role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related discipline, and have at least 10 years' of experience in a similar leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, long-standing relationships with decision-makers in the Navy and Marine Corp, and experience in emerging technical areas such as AI/ML, cyber, and cloud solutions.
