Vice President, U.S. Federal Construction

The Company is in search of a Vice President / Project Executive to spearhead its U.S. Federal construction expansion in the UK and Europe. This senior executive will be responsible for providing executive leadership in business development, proposal strategy, and client engagement for U.S. Federal construction projects. The role demands a candidate with over 20 years of professional construction experience, a strong background in U.S. Federal construction, and a proven track record in delivering complex projects valued at $100M or more. Experience with both horizontal and vertical construction, particularly in the context of airfield infrastructure and facilities on military installations, is essential. The successful candidate will also be expected to lead project delivery, establish execution strategies, and maintain strong relationships with federal clients, with a focus on Air Force stakeholders. Applicants for this role at The Company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, although this is preferred rather than mandatory. The position requires a leader with strong executive-level project management and business development capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships. The role is initially U.S.-based with a significant amount of international travel, and there is the potential for relocation to the UK as the company's project portfolio in the region expands. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on U.S. Federal projects in the UK or Europe and must be willing to travel frequently and potentially relocate as the company's international workload grows.
