About the Role
Greater Washington D.C. Area (Hybrid)
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to build and lead the operating model for a high-growth business serving critical public-sector missions. The role will translate business strategy into plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes; establish repeatable planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance processes; and drive the operating cadence and accountability across functions. The COO will also embed compliance into business operations, resolve cross-functional challenges, and build and mentor a high-performing operations team. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including senior operating roles in a large technology company, and a record of scaling a complex, high-growth business with financial or P&L accountability. Strong executive presence, analytical and problem-solving ability, project management skills, and clear written and verbal communication are required. The role calls for experience building teams and processes, leading through ambiguity, and delivering measurable results across multiple initiatives.
