Managing Director, Industry Specialty Services Greater Washington D.C. Area

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead client relationships and advisory engagements focused on compliance, accounting, and pricing. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects, advising clients on government and grant compliance and contracting practices, leading data analysis, and serving as the primary contact for client inquiries. The role also includes driving business development and supporting revenue goals. As a member of the consulting management team, the Managing Director will supervise, develop, train, and evaluate staff, manage workloads, and provide performance feedback. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; an advanced degree and CPA credential are preferred. At least 10 years of experience in government or government-contractor compliance is required, with five or more years in consulting preferred. Applicants should demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant federal compliance frameworks, procurement, and contracting and pricing principles, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and research skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently or collaboratively. U.S. citizenship is required.
