Senior Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to take on a pivotal role in driving operational delivery, financial performance, and growth within its defense portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large and dynamic organization, including sector VPs, program leaders, and technical teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional IT services and building scalable operations that align with the company's long-term strategy. This role demands a leader with a strong background in federal IT services, particularly in an Operations Director, Vice President, or senior program leadership capacity, and a proven track record of managing a substantial portfolio. Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President of Operations include owning operational delivery and P&L performance, leading and developing a team of sector VPs, program and project managers, and technical leaders, and establishing operational strategies that support the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in the field, with a history of success in leading large-scale IT programs across multiple federal agencies. A deep understanding of business development, capture, and proposal development is essential, as is the ability to engage with senior government stakeholders. The role also requires a clear leadership philosophy, an entrepreneurial drive, and an active Top Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain an SCI.
