Vice President of Loan Administration Greater Willmar, MN Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Loan Administration to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for lending support functions. Responsibilities include leading and developing staff, setting consistent procedures and service standards, managing workflows, and improving efficiency and quality across loan administration. The role will oversee operational metrics, address escalated issues, and collaborate across lending, credit, compliance, technology, and other teams. The successful candidate will also support lending technology improvements, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives affecting lending operations. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, banking, management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least seven years of relevant banking or lending operations experience and three years of leadership experience are required, along with demonstrated success leading process improvements and cross-functional projects. Strong knowledge of lending processes, loan documentation, regulatory requirements, and banking operations is essential. Advanced banking education or professional certification, and experience with lending technology, workflow automation, or multi-location operations, are preferred.
