The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Claims Operational Excellence to lead performance, workforce strategy, process excellence, training, and strategic initiatives across Claims Operations. The role translates business priorities into actionable plans, strengthens governance and continuous improvement, and advances operational modernization through technology, automation, and data-driven insights. The successful candidate will oversee resource allocation, workforce planning, budgets, risk management, compliance, and operational controls while partnering across enterprise functions. They will also develop leaders and teams, foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture, and advise senior leadership on the future direction of claims operations. Candidates should bring at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in insurance, claims, operations, business transformation, or a related field. They should demonstrate success leading complex operations, delivering sustainable results, and balancing day-to-day performance with strategic transformation. Strong capabilities in people leadership, stakeholder influence, analytics, process improvement, modernization, and financial management are required. Resilience, adaptability, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to developing talent and driving accountability are also important. Fluency in French and English is an asset, and required for roles serving clients in Quebec.
