Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager Greater Wroclaw, Poland Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to lead teams responsible for accounting services for assigned investment funds. Responsibilities include overseeing net asset value calculations, fund performance, expense allocations, reconciliations, and client reporting, while setting team priorities and ensuring accurate financial statement disclosures. The role manages client relationships and escalated accounting issues, guides teams on policies and regulatory changes, and works with clients and auditors to ensure reports accurately reflect fund performance. It also includes recruiting, developing, and motivating staff and contributing to team objectives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with 7–10 years of relevant work experience; prior management experience is preferred. A strong understanding of fund accounting, pricing, corporate actions, cash management, and the securities held in investment portfolios is required. Candidates should also understand transaction flows, operational risks, account documentation and legal requirements, and how information moves through financial systems. Familiarity with applicable accounting standards and the ability to communicate accounting matters clearly to clients are important.
