Head of Field Service

The Company is seeking a Head of Field Service to lead service operations and engineering teams. Responsibilities include developing field service engineers, managing budgets and cost controls, supporting service quotations, and optimizing workforce utilization and resource allocation. The role also involves ensuring safe, efficient service delivery, resolving customer escalations, and driving timely execution and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to strengthen customer satisfaction and operational performance. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Required qualifications include field service engineering experience in manufacturing and prior leadership experience in a field service or manufacturing environment. Applicants should understand relevant safety regulations and practices and be skilled in field service management tools for scheduling, reporting, and resource allocation. Fluency in English is required.
