The Company is seeking a Vice President of Software Engineering to lead its engineering and SaaS operations organization. The role owns people, architecture, quality, delivery, production reliability, and customer outcomes, while defining how teams use AI across software development, testing, review, and operations. Responsibilities include developing engineering leaders, guiding adoption through measurable experiments, overseeing releases and production operations, and modernizing legacy systems. The VP will also partner with Product on roadmap delivery and work with customer-facing teams to resolve escalations and address root causes. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 12 or more years in software engineering, including at least five years in engineering leadership and two years managing managers. Required experience includes leading multi-team organizations across multiple products, managing B2B SaaS production operations, and driving measured adoption of AI coding tools. Applicants should also bring experience with flow-based delivery, CI/CD, automated testing, release management, and distributed teams, while remaining able to review code and architecture. Professional English is required; experience with the organization’s technology stack, cloud operations, or relevant operational software is an advantage.
