Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its Latin American operations and deliver sustainable growth, stronger competitive positioning, and increased value creation. The CEO will translate corporate strategy into regional business plans, goals, and performance measures, while overseeing the full P&L, budgeting, cash flow, margins, and resource allocation. Responsibilities include expanding markets and distribution channels, building strategic partnerships, and improving industrial operations and supply-chain performance. The role will also lead organizational transformation, strengthen leadership and succession practices, and work with the board, shareholders, and other stakeholders to support effective governance, risk management, and accountability. Candidates should bring substantial executive experience, such as CEO or General Manager, with full P&L responsibility and a record of strategic planning and growth delivery in industrial businesses; consumer goods experience is preferred. Experience in family-owned businesses and in professionalizing management, decision-making, and governance while preserving organizational culture is required. Applicants should be able to lead commercial and industrial operations across Latin America, including market expansion, distribution management, and initiatives that improve profitability and efficiency. Strong knowledge of corporate governance and risk management, along with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, is also expected.
